Please be aware that our products are digital gift card codes that, once bought and delivered, cannot be returned, nor refunded in most cases. So please make sure to select the right product before you purchase it, as we cannot take products back, nor refund, or exchange products that have already been paid and delivered. The reason for this is that we have no guarantee that a code, which is immediately delivered after the purchase, is still unused. Thank you for your understanding!

We do however give a warranty on the redeemability of the digital codes we deliver. In case the delivered code is not working, we will do everything to help you solve that problem. Our customer service can be reached either through mail to [email protected] or by chat on our website.

When a refund is possible:
– If the system has sold to you two identical premium keys instead of two different.

– If the system sold license key is not working on the merchant’s website.

– If you received a wrong voucher code, e.g. you ordered a license for x service and received the license for y service.

– After you successfully completed the payment, due to any reasons, we could not provide you/send you an e-mail with a license key in a period of 3 days.

When a refund is not possible:
– Ordered license keys but do not need them anymore.

– Simultaneous purchase of several different license keys. The scenario where the user gets some keys applies them, sees what most suites the needs, chooses one, then tries to receive a refund for all other keys. This is regarded as dishonest and the given action harms our business, so we do not offer refunds in such cases.

– We can not offer a refund if, after the purchase, the user feels that the merchant’s service is slow/not as good as the user thought it would. We suggest you please contact the merchant in such cases.

– A refund will not be accepted if the host company/merchant’s website is no longer active due to some technical issues or closed according to law or other issues, or you cannot access the website.
